Internal Communications

Hertz Car Rental became a remo client in 2005 after we had challenged the existing recruitment approach and redefined their employer brand. Our creative approach was playful and designed to convey the message that there's more to working at Hertz than one might think. We also devised and implemented a unique graduate campaign, which ran in the Guardian, as well as a presence on and the Hertz graduate microsite. Such was our success in attracting huge numbers of quality responses for the Graduate Management Scheme, Hertz had to put the campaign on hold.
